Natalie Morales has never been divorced, as of 2015. Ms. Morales has been married to investment banker Joseph Rhodes since 1998. The pair have two children and live in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Although Natalie Morales has never been divorced, she has been dogged by rumors of an affair with her "Today" co-host Matt Lauer, who some claim is the biological father of one of her two sons. The alleged affair began during the "Today" coverage of the Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy, in 2006. Both parties have denied the story, and the rumors remain unsubstantiated. Ms. Morales reports that her family is a happy one that enjoys taking trips together.
