Does Gap include a return shipping label with every shipment?

Return shipping labels are not always included in every Gap order. The absence of return labels is typically due to packaging and processing errors. Gap does provide convenient ways for customers to get access to shipping labels and adequately return unwanted merchandise.

If an item needs to be sent back to Gap, print out a prepaid shipping label for either UPS or USPS from the company’s website. If one of Gap’s prepaid return labels isn't used, return shipping expenses are not refundable, and the company doesn't accept collect-on-delivery shipments. Make note of the return package’s tracking number for reference purposes.
