What is a major landform in Michigan?

One major landform in the state of Michigan is the Huron Mountains. Located in the Upper Peninsula of the state, primarily in Marquette and Baraga counties, these mountains overlook Lake Superior.

The Huron Mountains are not particularly high mountains, but they are rugged and feature granite cliffs that prove popular to mountain climbers in the area. Much of the area in this region is too wild to be readily accessible. The two highest peaks in the Hurons are Mount Arvon, at an elevation of 1980 feet, and Mount Curwood at 1979 feet. Another prominent peak in these mountains is Hogback Mountain.
