Who is Evie at Existor?

Evie at Existor is an artificial intelligence avatar that is displayed on the company's homepage and can interact with visitors to the site. Evie is an acronym that stands for Electronic Virtual Interactive Entity and includes visual cues in addition to text and voice responses.

As of 2015, Evie is connected to a Cleverbot database that contains over 220 million rows of data. This data allows Evie to lipsync to its audio responses and let the AI control the facial expressions displayed by the avatar. Existor was established in 2007 in part to promote machine learning, artificial intelligence and Evie itself.
