Who is Road Warrior Hawk?

Hegstrand began wrestling in the early 1980s as Crusher Von Haig. In 1983, he was first paired with Joe Laurinitis, his eventual Legion of Doom partner. They first wrestled as the Road Warriors before changing their name when they joined Georgia Championship Wrestling. Together, they enjoyed a long and successful career in the NWA, the WWE, the WCW and Japanese leagues. Hegstrand passed away in October 2003.
