The 12-Day Give-O-Way is an annual sweepstakes that gives readers of O Magazine a chance to win one of Oprah's "favorite things" of that year. In 2014, the 12-Day Give-O-Way took place between Dec. 1 and Dec. 12, 2014.

In order to participate in the 12-Day Give-O-Way, readers of O Magazine find hidden codes in the December issue of the magazine. They enter the secret code for each day during the 12-day period on the event's website to enter the sweepstakes. Contestants have a chance to win various prizes featured in the O List Favorite Things edition of that year.
