How do you access Mediacom's channel listings on your TV?

To view Mediacom’s channel listings on your TV, press OK or INFO on your remote. The guide appears on the bottom of your screen. Using the remote control's direction buttons allows you to navigate through the guide.

Mediacom’s listings are color-coded to help distinguish programs, such as sports and children shows. If the entire guide doesn’t appear on your screen, select the Adjust Screen Position from the Setup screen to adjust the guide. Mediacom recommends you reboot your service box if the guide doesn’t appear at all. To reboot the device, disconnect it from the power outlet and then wait 20 seconds before plugging it back in. The service box should then cycle through the start-up process.
