How do you access your Verizon voice mail number?

Access Verizon voice mail by dialing 1-888-234-6786. At the prompt, dial your home phone number and enter the four-digit passcode to access your voice mailbox. The Verizon access number is the same for all FiOS Digital Voice customers.

An initial setup is required the first time you access Verizon FiOS voice mail. After you dial the access number, the system asks for the default passcode. The default passcode is the last four digits of your telephone number. Follow the prompts to set a new passcode and personal greeting. After setup is complete, access your voice mail using the normal procedure.
