The Attention Deficit Disorder Association offers a downloadable ADD quiz for adults. After the questionnaire is completed, the patient's score is determined based on the frequency of certain symptoms. However, the test is meant for screening, and not diagnosis, of potential cases of adult ADD, notes the website.

Psych Central also hosts an online screening test for adult ADD that is scored automatically. A numerical score of 20 or higher indicates high occurrence of ADD symptoms. A score of 13 to 19 indicates moderate ADD symptoms, whereas a score of 12 or below suggests a low likelihood of ADD. A similar online test is offered by The ADD Treatment Center.
