The dosage of Advil Cold and Sinus is one capsule every four to six hours for children over 12 and adults, according to DailyMed. Avoid taking more than six capsules in 24 hours, and if one capsule is not working, take two at a time without exceeding six per day.

Advil Cold and Sinus is a combination of 200 milligrams of ibuprofen and 30 milligrams of Pseudoephedrine HCl. It is a nasal decongestant, fever reducer and pain reliever intended for headache, sinus pain, fever, nasal congestion, aches and pains. Capsules should be taken with milk or food if stomach upset occurs.
