United Airlines had the most canceled flights in 2014, according to the Wall Street Journal. The airline with the second most canceled flights was American, followed by jetBlue, Delta, Southwest, Alaska, Frontier and Virgin America. United Airlines also had the fewest on-time arrivals and most extreme delays of these eight major carriers in 2014.

It was also the worst major carrier for involuntary bumping.

2014 was a year of poor service all-around for United, according to the Wall Street Journal's ranking system, which gave it one of the bottom two rankings for the fourth year running. The other airline to rank in one of these bottom places was American.
