Nasdaq has created the QFolio application for both iPhones and Androids. The mobile app allows users to access real-time financial data from Nasdaq.com, including the biggest gainers, for every stock listed on the Nasdaq, according to the company's website.

The QFolio app provides real-time stock prices, chart analysis and a portfolio tracker that users customize to their investments. Nasdaq also offers an app that tracks exchange-traded funds for those who invest in ETFs consisting of Nasdaq stocks. Users can create a customized watch list of stocks that sends alerts when breaking news occurs. The app also follows pre-market futures and after-hours trading, explains Nasdaq.
