Does Applebee's offer a discount for seniors?

Applebee's discontinued its Golden Apple seniors loyalty card in 2012, but according to its Facebook page, some Applebee's franchises still offer a senior discount. Seniors should check with their local Applebee's and inquire about their discount programs.

Applebee's is a casual dining chain that specializes in American fare, such as burgers, pastas, salads and their special riblets. Bill and T.J. Palmer opened the first Applebee's in Georgia in November 1980. Within a few years, the brothers sold the company to W.R. Grace and Company with Bill staying on as president. The restaurant franchised shortly afterwards. Applebee's has a little more than 2,000 restaurants around the world as of May 2015.
