To apply for Washington State's Apple Health insurance, visit the Washington Health Plan Finder website and apply through the Apple Health Coverage link, notes the Washington State website. Applicants can view additional available health plans through the plan finder site as well.

To apply for Washington State's Apple Health program:

1. Gather necessary information

Gather information on household income, Social Security numbers, birth dates and immigration status, if applicable.

2. Apply

Visit the Washington Health Plan Finder website and click on the Apple Health Coverage link to apply online. Approved applicants should receive a Services Card around 2 weeks after applying, states the Washington State website.

3. Renew by the deadline

Those covered under the Apple Health plan need to renew by the deadline. Renew online, in-person or by calling (855) 923-4633.
