To apply for a Citizens Bank credit card, visit the Citizens Bank website's "Credit Card" page. This page shows a list of cards currently available along with links to each one's application, credit card comparisons, agreements, security features and zero liability information, as of 2015 and noted on the bank's website.

1. Log on to the Citizen Bank website

Log on to the Citizens Bank website and click on the "Credit Cards" link in the menu toolbar. A list with information on the Citizens Bank Cash Back Plus World MasterCard and the Citizens Bank Clear Value MasterCard will appear along with a sidebar that offers additional reading.

2. Click application link

Click "Apply Now." This link directs to the selected card's application. A "Learn more" option is available as well and is located directly beside the "Apply Now" button.

3. Complete application

Fill out application as directed. The application can be completed online, and Citizens Bank will correspond with each applicant concerning the application's status.
