Older Dish Network customer equipment only displays up to two days in advance, while Dish Network's DVR technology provides nine days of information. Users can determine the specific capabilities of their equipment by either consulting with the owner's manual or contacting Dish Network's customer support line for explanations of the functions of their receiver. This limitation does not apply to On-Demand functionality, which is updated periodically by the content provider and transmitted via a broadband Internet connection.
