What are some "Where the Wild Things Are" activities?

The popular 2009 children's book "Where the Wild Things Are" can be used as the theme for crossword puzzles, floor puzzles or a calendar featuring a character from the book for each day of the week.

Other activities include making coloring pages, magnet pages or tracings of the characters from "Where the Wild Things Are."
