Who is Zoisite in Sailor Moon?

In the television series "Sailor Moon," Zoisite is the third general of Queen Beryl, the commander of the Dark Kingdom. Zoisite specifically commands the European Division of the Dark Kingdom. Zoisite firsts appears in Act 3, but is not named specifically until Act 5.

"Sailor Moon" is a popular anime and manga cartoon television series that originated in Tokyo, Japan. The creator of the show is Naoko Takeuchi. The Sailor Moon series follows a group of teenage girls with magical powers who have been reincarnated. These magical girls are tasked with saving Tokyo, the Earth and the entire Milky Way galaxy from a variety of attacking antagonists.
