Athina Onassis Roussel has not ever been divorced. She was married in December of 2005 to Olympic equestrian rider Affonso de Miranda Neto in Brazil.

Athina Onassis Roussel is now known by the name Athina Onassis de Miranda. She changed her name after her marriage. Athina is the daughter of Christina Onassis and French businessman Thierry Roussel, and the granddaughter of Greek tycoon Aristotle Onassis. Athina's mother died in 1988 when Athina was just 3 years old. She was raised by her father and stepmother, along with three stepsiblings. Athina fought for, and successfully won, control of her inherited fortune from her father. Athina is an accomplished horsewoman, avidly participating in show jumping.
