What is an ATV pull-behind mower?
By Forinfos - 25/12/2025 - 0 comments
A pull-behind mower is an attachment tool for an ATV, or all-terrain vehicle, that works like a traditional lawn mower or brush cutter. Pull-behind mowers are either finish-cut mowers, which are used for trimming lawns, or rough-cut mowers, which are used for cutting weeds and brush.
Unlike tractors, ATVs don't have power takeoffs, so ATV pull-behind mowers always have their own engine, starter and fuel tank. Pull-behind mowers are available with several different decks, engine sizes and blade configurations. Once the mower is connected to the ATV, the operator can tow it to the area to be mowed, start the engine, and then engage the cutting blades from the driver's seat.
