AVG software is computer software developed by the online security company AVG. As of March 31, 2014, AVG has over 187 million active users of their products and services. The company is headquartered in Amsterdam and has 11 offices worldwide.

AVG products are available on multiple platforms and devices including Windows, Android, Macintosh and iPhones. The core products of AVG are designed to provide online protection for home and business use, and protect against identity theft, rootkits, web exploits and phishing attacks. AVG's other programs include a PC tune-up, mobile anti-virus, data backup, family safety and a social media application.
