To make a payment, users input the information of the company or person that they need to pay, such as the name, address and account number. They can schedule a payment ahead of time, schedule recurring payments and make one-time payments.

Users may opt to receive email reminders that alert them when a bill is coming due. They can also receive e-bills in lieu of paper bills.

The online banking service lets users transfer money between accounts, view account statements, issue a stop payment for checks, open new accounts and receive balance alerts.
