Bernie & Phyl's Furniture delivers to homes within 50 miles of its store, assembles furniture when the customer chooses, removes the packaging and cleans up. Delivery charges are $69 for one piece, with a $109 limit for multiple rooms of furniture. Bedding over $499 is delivered free within 50 miles.

If special circumstances complicate the delivery, such as the need for a hoist, excessive stair-climbing or delivery in remote areas within the 50-mile limit, additional charges apply.

The company uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for deliveries shipped outside of the local delivery area. When the item is too big for UPS, Bernie & Phyl's Furniture offers professional long-distance delivery. Pricing depends on the delivery location and the shipment weight.
