Does the Better Business Bureau handle complaints about websites?

As of March 2015, the Better Business Bureau handles complaints about websites. The Better Business Bureau even gives tips for finding a physical address for a business if the website does not provide one. However, the website must have a physical address in the United States or Canada.
Consumers can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau using the online complaint form available on the official website, bbb.org. Local Better Business Bureau offices then handle the complaints. Businesses have 30 calendar days to respond to a complaint. The majority of complaints are closed within 35 calendar days of reporting.
