Where in the Bible does it say "If you don't praise him, the rocks will cry out?"

Luke chapter 19 verse 40 records this statement made by Jesus: “I tell you, if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.†In this statement, “they†refers to a large crowd of disciples who were loudly praising Jesus as he neared Jerusalem to observe the Jewish feast of Passover.
The Pharisees were a sect of prominent Jewish religious leaders who were often in conflict with Jesus. A group of these leaders became uncomfortable with the loud spectacle of praise that welcomed Jesus and approached Him, saying, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.†It was in response to this request from the Pharisees that Jesus said, “the stones will cry out†if His disciples were to be silenced.
