What are Bishop Noel Jones' views on marriage?

Bishop Noel Jones thinks that marriage should not be a pre-condition for one to teach the sermon. The Bishop, who has been in a relationship with his girlfriend for 16 years, also doesn't believe that remarrying after divorce is biblical, according to Madame Noire.

The bishop supports his views by referring to many characters in the bible, such as Paul, who were unmarried. Bishop Jones was married to his ex-wife for 22 years and is terrified of getting married again. He believes that if a couple was once married to different people and later divorced, they would both be committing adultery if they decided to get married, and that is against the scripture.
