What are blackout contacts?
By Forinfos - 04/04/2025 - 0 comments
Blackout contacts are soft contact lenses that cover the natural color of the iris in black, causing the iris and the pupil to seem to blend together. The opaque color of the lenses helps to keep the natural color of the iris from being visible during wear.
These colored contacts are designed to be worn temporarily as a part of a costume. They cannot be customized with a prescription. Blackout contacts are wearable for 60 to 90 days after opening. Blackout contacts should be properly cleaned and stored between uses to prevent the lenses from drying out and keep them free of contaminants.
