Does Buckingham Palace offer tours?

Buckingham Palace offers complimentary audio tours with admission. It also offers a garden and highlights tour and an exclusive guided tour from late July to September.

The highlights guided tour provides a tour guide for the gardens and state rooms, as well as general admission to Buckingham Palace.

The executive tour is available only for those over the age of 15. As of 2015, a guided tour costs 75 pounds per person. The price includes a glass of champagne, an official guidebook and 20 percent off in the gift shop. The executive tour lasts approximately two and a half hours.

The state rooms are only open on certain dates in the summer when the Queen is away on holiday.
