When you book your flight through US Airways directly, you have the option of either choosing your own seat or letting US Airways choose a seat for you. Since American Airlines and US Airways have merged, you can also use AA.com to access seat information. If you are an AAdvantage Member through American Airlines, you can also make seat changes and upgrades through that option.
