As of 2015, Envi wall heaters can be purchased online from Envi's official distributor, eheat.com. Some Envi models are listed on Amazon.com, but the purchase link redirects shoppers to the eheat.com website.

According to the manufacturer, Envi wall-mounted heaters do not use fans and remain cool on the exterior. The heaters come in multiple variations of the same design, including models with a electric plugs, models for hard wiring into a home's electric system and models with and without a thermostat. Envi manufactures 220-volt models for use as direct replacements for baseboard heaters that operate on 208- to 240-volt electrical circuits. The heaters are designed to heat rooms up to 150 square feet.
