Where can you find a carb chart for diabetics?

The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center provides a basic carb-counting chart for diabetics, an explanation of how to use it and a conversion guide to convert carbohydrate grams into serving sizes. It explains how diabetics can best use the information provided on a nutrition label.
Diabetics can keep healthy blood sugar levels by counting the carbohydrates that they eat at each meal, notes UPMC. Each serving of carbohydrates contains approximately 15 grams of carbohydrates; examples of single servings of carbohydrates on the UPMC carb-counting chart include one slice of bread, 8 ounces of skim milk, 1/2 cup of grapes, three ginger snaps or a small apple.
