You can change your eye color through surgery, either through an iris implant or laser procedure. According to Maura Judkis of the Washington Post, the laser surgery procedure involves removal of melanin that gives the brown eye color, giving way to the blue pigment inherently present in the iris.

The laser surgery utilizes a special laser which is fine-tuned to selectively destroy the eye melanin. According to Maura, the procedure utilizes local anesthesia, and the eye color change occurs gradually over a fortnight. You can also undergo an iris implant, in which a surgeon inserts an artificial blue iris in the eye, according to Daily Mail’s Emma Innes.
