Where can you find a chart for high blood pressure?

A high blood-pressure chart is found on the American Heart Association's website titled, "Understanding Blood Pressure Readings," according to the AHA. The chart is located under the Conditions tab.

About 1 in 3 adults experience high blood pressure, as reported the AHA. Blood pressure is usually recorded as a ratio. However, one high reading does not guarantee a diagnosis of high blood pressure, and there are five different categories for blood pressure: normal, prehypertension, high blood pressure (hypertension) stage 1, high blood pressure (hypertension) stage 2 and hypertensive crisis.
