Where can a Commissary Rewards Card be used?

Commissary Rewards cards can be used at U.S. military commissaries around the world. The cards are issued by the Defense Commissary agency to military personnel, their families and retirees.

The Commissary Rewards card is similar to customer rewards cards used by commercial stores. Customers can load digital coupons onto the cards for additional savings on their commissary purchases. Because commissaries are legally required to sell products at cost, the savings are provided by alliances with manufacturers. This digital rewards system allows military personnel worldwide to access savings at the same time. Previously, personnel overseas experienced a delay in their receipt of paper coupons.
