How can customer needs be identified and confirmed?
By Forinfos - 10/09/2025 - 0 comments
Customer needs can be identified and confirmed by carrying out a detailed survey regarding various issues and getting feedback on whatever services or products were sold. The key is to develop good communication skills and provide avenues through which customers can leave feedback.
Survey questions should be friendly and specific enough to get exactly what customers need. Questions that are not specific may not give the most accurate data on the needs of customers. Once solutions have been provided to customers in the form of products or services, follow up should be done in order to ensure satisfaction. Failure to gather feedback may lead to losses, since customers may seek better solutions elsewhere.
