Where can you find some good dinner prayers?

Christianity.About.com and Xavier University's JesuitResource.org are two sources for traditional and modern prayers for dinner and other meals. These prayers include "Bless Us, Oh Lord," "We Give Our Thanks," "An Invocation," as well as meal prayers for holidays, such as the "Christmas Day Table Prayer" and "Easter Sunday Table Prayer."

A theme of many of these prayers is the recognition that God is the provider of humanity's needs, and that thanks is a response due to God. Meal prayers for a holiday such as Christmas often include references to the day's theological underpinnings. For example, the "Christmas Day Table Prayer" makes reference to Jesus' birth in Bethlehem.
