1. Apply the solution

   Apply a small amount of baby shampoo or saliva to the inner surface of both lenses. If you apply the substance to the outside of lenses, this technique will be ineffective.

2. Distribute the solution

   Using your fingers, evenly distribute the solution across the entire surface of the lens.

3. Rinse the goggles
