Where can you find a list of Guardian Dental providers?

Access to a list of Guardian dental providers is available through the dentist search tool on the Guardian website, GuardianAnytime.com. Users must select a search location to limit the number of providers included in the search results. Guardian doesn’t provide public access to a single comprehensive list.

The search tool allows users to search a geographic area around a ZIP code or street address. The radius of the search area can be set as low as 2 miles or as high as 50 miles. Users can choose to add a dentist's name or dental practice name to narrow the search further. Users must also select the type of Guardian plan they have before conducting a search.
