Can you make a Chase Freedom credit card payment online?

Chase credit card customers who need to make payments, including Chase Freedom card payments, can do so online at Chase.com. If the payment is made before 8 p.m. eastern time, the payment is credited and posted on the same day, except on Saturday.

Customers also have the option to make Chase Freedom credit card payments by phone or at a Chase branch. If calling to make a credit card payment, Chase cardholders can choose to call the automatic system or Chase customer service to speak to a real person. Chase also accepts credit card payments by mail and Western Union, but a Western Union payment may take up to seven days to post to the account.
