Can you make a reservation at the Apple Genius Bar online?

Apple allows customers to book Genius Bar appointments through its support Web page. Visit Apple's site and click on the Get Started button. Select your product, describe your issue and select Visit the Genius Bar when asked how you would like to get help.

The Apple Store app for iOS also allows customers to make reservations at the Genius Bar. Just tap the Store icon and either allow Location Services to locate your nearest store or select the store that you prefer to go to. Tap Genius Bar and indicate the product you wish to discuss. Finally, reserve your time to meet with a Genius.
