Can you make water from air with an Atmospheric Water Generator?

The Atmospheric Water Generator pulls the water out of humid air. The water is removed from the air, cooled and condensed. After the water is collected, it undergoes a filtration process that makes it suitable to drink.

An Israeli company, Water-Gen, designed the Atmospheric Water Generator for the Israeli Defense Forces, but co-CEO Arye Kohavi believes that it would also be beneficial for countries where clean water is scarce. Water-Gen claims that the Atmospheric Water Generator is more energy efficient than other similar products on the market. The Atmospheric Water Generator is supposed to use only two cents of electricity per liter.
