Can you order a parts catalog directly from Schwinn?

The bicycle company Schwinn does not offer consumers a parts catalog as of February 2015. However, a consumer may call Schwinn at 800-626-2811 for replacement parts. According to Schwinn, the consumer must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to purchase parts.

According to the Schwinn website, consumers can also visit the bike shop where the bike was purchased for replacement parts, if the retailer is an independent bike shop. For more information on replacement parts covered under warranty, consumers can email customerservice@pacific-cycle.com with a digital photo of the bike and its broken parts. Consumers can also contact Schwinn via a Web form on the official site, SchwinnBikes.com/USA.
