Can you order replacement Scrabble tiles from Hasbro?

Hasbro offers consumers replacement parts and refills for purchase on its Hasbro Toy Shop website for a majority of their products, including Scrabble. The Scrabble game refill includes 100 wooden letter tiles and four plastic tile racks that work with most standard versions of the game.

Scrabble was invented by American architect Alfred Mosher Butts in 1938. The game board features a 15-by-15 grid, and players score points by spelling words in a crossword-style fashion. Hasbro's Parker Brothers division acquired the game in 1999 and retains the trademark within the United States and Canada. Mattel holds the trademark outside the United States and Canada.
