Some organizations, such as Mohegan Sun Arena, the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Sergerstrom Center for the Arts, do offer their customers the option of purchasing tickets by phone. These organizations all provide phone contact information on their websites.

Many organizations that sell tickets via phone have established office hours that the ticket sales are subject to. Customers can consult the event provider's website for a list of contact hours. Some organizations offer customers the choice of having tickets mailed to them, or held at the box office, although many only hold the tickets at the box office right before the event in question.
