Members of the public can participate in the 2016 Black Bike Weekend from May 27-30. The annual event is set to take place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Black Bike Week is the largest black bike festival in the world as of 2016, attracting up to 350,000 bikers. The event takes place every May, typically around Memorial Day. Participants are advised to book their hotel rooms early due to high demand -- either in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach. Though the event is intended for bikers, participants are not required to bring bikes along. Among the activities planned for the week include concerts, parties, contests and fashion shows.
