Pay your Texas Utilities bill online through the ePay system. To be eligible to make payments online, you must register with your account number. The Texas ePay payment service is free.

To enroll, go online and provide personal details, such as your utility account number, user ID, password and company, to create an account. If you want to sign up for a new service, you will be required to pay a small application fee. However, a deposit is not required if you have a good credit history, are at least 65 years of age or own the property being served.
