The three major credit bureaus, TransUnion, Equifax and Experian, offer updated contact information on their respective websites. As of 2015, the Credit Info Center provides current numbers for the credit bureaus on its website by selecting Credit Reports, then Credit Bureau Contact Information.

Customers choose the option for Contact Us on TransUnion's website in order to obtain the applicable personal or business support phone number. Equifax offers an option on its main menu for Customer Service which advises customers of the best way to contact them according to the specific issue. Similarly, Experian requires customers to indicate the issue by selecting general categories in order to direct them properly.
