Where can you purchase a Coldspot freezer?

Coldspot freezers are sometimes available from antique stores, such as Vintage Appliances and Restoration in Tucson, AZ, or directly from previous owners. It is no longer possible to purchase a brand new Coldspot freezer, as Coldspot products have been out of production since 1976.

Sears, owner of the Coldspot brand name, replaced Coldspot products with Kenmore products in 1977. The Coldspot brand of refrigerators and freezers was first introduced in 1928 and garnered public attention during its appearance at the Paris International Exposition in 1929. The Coldspot "Cold Guard" model, which was released in 1960, was also the first refrigerator to have a frostless feature.
