Cooked lobster can be reheated through a variety of methods that preserves its taste and texture. The recommended methods include steaming, microwaving, grilling and baking.
Steaming the cooked lobster is accomplished either by adding the lobster to a dedicated steamer or to a stockpot with 2 inches of boiling water for approximately five minutes. To use a microwave to steam cooked lobster, a small open container of water is placed next to the lobster, and it is heated in one-minute increments until done. Grilled or baked cooked lobsters are wrapped tightly in foil with water and butter added and are cooked for five to 10 minutes.
