The wiring diagram for a 2010 Ford F-150 is available for purchase on the Faxon Auto Literature website, as of 2015. The wiring diagram is the same one used by certified Ford mechanics.

Visit FaxonAutoLiterature.com, select "2010" from the Year drop-down box. Next, click "Ford" from the Make drop-down box, and then choose "F-150" from the "Model" drop-down box. Click the green Search icon and the wiring diagram Web page appears in the browser.

The wiring diagram is sold for $74 and covers many Ford F-150 models, including the 2010 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson Edition Crew Cab 4-Door Pickup and the 2010 Ford F-150 Lariat Crew Cab 4-Door Pickup, as of March 2015.
